Fiumelatte

Fiumelatte is the name of one of the shortest torrents of Italy (only 250 metres long). It was mentioned in Leonardo da Vinci’s Atlantic Code under the name of “Fiumelaccio”.

Fiumelatte is also the name of the tiny village built around the torrent and mostly visited by tourists coming from Varenna. Picture: balconies overlooking Varenna.
